I'm got a 1980 TS100 with antique plates.
Needs the speedo fixed again, likely the pinion again.
Needs a shifter cam, so she don't pop out of neutral.
i do more work on all of the dirt racers (2 and 4 wheel) but its all nuts and bolts! when i bought my bike last year ($400 off craigslist) i was quickly reminded of why NOT to buy Yamaha! Suzuki is by far my favorite company, and thats why my brother and i run them! also my sister bought a Suzuki GS500 last year.
as for your shifter cam, on our race machines we weld in the dimple for neutral, eliminating it. hitting neutral when you are trying to go fast is counterproductive!
