I just bought a 94 F150 4X4 with a bad trans. I pulled out the trans and plan on putting in a NP435 that I have. Am I going to have any wiring issues with a tranny not plugged in? As long as it don't affect the way the engine runs I'm not much concerned. RB

You guys going to make me the guinea pig? Guess I'll have an answer in the near future. RB
I don't know...I know when I replaced my 96 E4OD with a good used unit I forgot to plug in the connectors and I got a blinking 'overdrive' light on the end of my shift column. I then realized what I did and plugged everything in and no light or problems after that. Hope this might help...
