Just paid off the excursion
JUST PAID OFF MY 2005 EXCURSION LIMITED 4X4 V10. SENT THE LAST PAYMENT TODAY AND NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS WAIT FOR THE TITLE IN THE MAIL. ITS A GREAT FEELING. GONNA DRIVE IT TIL THE WHEELS FALL OFF, BUT READING THE MILEAGE THIS VEHICLE IS CAPABLE OF I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO, READING 34,045 TODAY TO BE EXACT!!! NOW I THINK I'M GONNA KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR OEM 20" WHEELS FROM A SUPERDUTY. SEEN A FEW IN THE FORUM AND LIKE THE WAY THEY COMPLEMENT THE TRUCK.

Yeah its great not to have a car payment.. I debated with myself a lot about taking on a new car payment but took it over 5 yrs so its barely over $200 which makes it manageable when funds are tight and easy to pay extra each month....

Oh boy what a feeling. The excursion is my first vehicle that I have paid for completely, and I know what it feels like.
The down side is,,,,,, now you have the extra money to sink into mods, and the truck payments seemed smaller compared to the mods.
