Yep, Iowa...land where most of us are much busier working than playing around on the computer. Well, except me and a bunch others that are on layoff.
Still have PLENTY of work to do around the house. Finally getting started on the siding after a month delay. Everything just hit all at once it seems, but dont they always.
Had a few family gatherings, some where not the nice kind either (funerals). Spend some time in Chicago-land at my brother's for a few days. Spent some time getting eaten by THOUSANDS of misquitos while setting up deer stands. Finished painting the utility trailer that I built a few months ago. Installed upstairs washer/dryer at the M-I-L's. The list goes on and on and on.
I've definitely enjoyed the cooler weather. It can stay like this ALL summer long and it wont hurt my feelings one bit! One more day of upper 70s, then finally back to the 80s.
Joys of being a part timer... Had one customer whining because we close at 6 on Sundays... I just said we need a little time off too, he responded that we get after 9 every night... some people...
