On my 94 f-250 the driver side door has began to give me trouble opening.I was told that my hinges are probably getting worn out.
It seems to me that the door is sagging just a little.
Has anyone had the same thing happen to them?
What did they do to correct it?
I was told that my local ford dealer has a repair kit does this sound accurate.
My truck has 162,000 miles on it and I just had a 393 stroker built for it and mass air flow is on the way.
Just figure I would repair the door while I was at it.
I have the same problem with my truck. Mine isn't too bad yet, but my mechanic told me the same thing about the repair kit. Let me know what you find out.

If you are talking about the hinge pin and bushings, you can get them at NAPA or probably even Autozone. I've replaced the ones in my Mustang several times and they need it again. Long doors create extra leaverage and cause the bushings to wear out much more quicker than truck doors. Its not too hard of a job to do, but it is easier when you have help.
