8 lug conversion

I'm parting out a 78 f250 and want to use the axles to streghten my bronco. Dana 60 rear swap i get, but what parts off the front do i need? knuckles, axles, brakes? The front axle on both are 44s, leaf and coil accordingly.

Bronco knuckles and axle shafts. 250 spindle, brakes, 8 lug hubs. The lockouts are the same.

Thanks, a buddy says the shafts need the short shaft swapped out. Can you confirm or deny this?

I used 150 shafts from the pumpkin out. I am assuming you really do have 78 F250 parts, and not the older ones with the huge lockouts. I don't know about parts interchange with the big lockouts.

the bronco shafts work with the f250 outers
have a bronco here with 78/9 f250 outers, no issues in regards to fitment
the chromo Yukon shafts for a F150/bronco dropped right in when it came time to upgrade as well

Thanks guys it is a 78 with the smaller lock outs. All my trrucks are 78-79 except the 77 f150 4X2. I am however contimplating a Wagoneer/Bronco rockcrawler/offroad buggy and a custom 71/72 4x4 project if I can find the reasonalbe and local.

Might consider replacing the shaft u-joints while you have it apart. I didn't, and tore it back apart pretty shortly after I had just put it back together.
