I'm looking for a 66 240 single groove vibration damper. Anyone know the part number for this item? (and by anyone I suppose I mean NumberDummy). Anyone parting out a 240? The only source I can find is DamperDoctor and the price (100 bucks )seems high to me. There is one on ebay that might work for about a fourth of the price but it has two grooves. Would it throw the balance off somehow to use a two groove pulley or would that be okay? Also, I've never pulled the damper off before. Will a regular wheel puller do the trick?

Well, comparing the picture in powerbond's catalog to the one on damperdoctor's website I can see the two are quite a bit different. Damerdoctor lists a part's reference as 65-74 #C5AE-B1B2 C8AE-B2 Is that a Ford number?
