Longhairs chime in
I've made a decision to grow my hair long. How long I'm not sure, just let it grow until it's too long. I'm really into doing this and I think I'm the kinda guy who can pull this off. I'm relatively square in the face, minorly rounded best way I can describe myself.
My stats:
6'2''
185lbs
Straight black hair. Pretty thick, italian blooded.
Sorry I'm not posting pics of myself on the net. I know this will require patience and be willing to go through the "akward" period. That's why I have 3 baseball hats lol!

I used to wear mine long and did up until last summer. In the past, I could never picture me with a "buzz" cut but after waking up many mornings with a hairdo that was combed with my bed pillow, I made the plunge!
Other than having to wear a hat in the bright sunshine and in cold weather, I like it now. Very, very easy to keep clean and the best part is that my wife can cut it and save me 10 bucks!

I'm trying for the metal headbanger look. I do listen to metal like I am now which inspires me even more. But if I don't look right in the end, so be it cut it off then.
I consider myself thick skinned so I can take it from those out in public who feel they have too put in there $.02

My hairline is in a recession,i dont think it can be bailed out,and ive always personally kinda laughed when i saw the long-haired,yet balding individuals,like the musician David Crosby. My advice is probably worth less than 2 cents,but you got it anyway!
