I just had this done; you must spice in longer wire. I now have four gauges over the mirror (Fuel Press, Eng Oil Temp, Eng oil Press, and HPOP). Pictures will soon be added.

I'm not 100% certain but I've thought that you cannot add/or subtract length of the EGT wires. It messes up the calibration of the gauge. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this. All other gauges are OK though.
Most gauges have enough wire for the EGT to make it up there... Isspro Performax are the most syfisticated gauges on the market right now and offer more options then anything on the market. They have a perfect match for the stock lighting, font and bezel...
I think you CAN go longer with the pyro, but you cant solder the wires back together, you need a crimp connector...read it on one of the sponsor sites...
I am happy to help you save some money and decide if you would like. Isspro Performax have a $100 cash rebate right now.

Good to know. My Autometer Ultralite series EGT gauge came with a bunch of extra length of wire and it's looped in the engine compartment. I bet it can reach the mirror mount.

Joe did you ever fill in that bottom pod?
About to. The Terminator ScanGauge is going in there soon. Haven't had the time to get to it just yet. I haven't even had time to wash the truck in the last two or three months.
I have the DiPricols and highly recommend them. BUT, Clay is offering a deal that would be hard to pass up. Personally, I don't like those blue gauges. I like them to match the stock cluster, and the DiPricols match PERFECTLY. I think IssPro has a set that's pretty close too. The nice thing about the DiPricols are that they are lit with LEDs -- no light bulbs to worry about. Here's what mine look like:
I am curious as to how you can the wires for the dp tuner down and into the dash area. Did you take a small notch out of your pillar gauge bracket and run the wire down that way? I was thinking that there must be some way to sort of work it down in the left side without having to cut into anything.
