My truck has the tackiest pin striping on the side, can anyone tell me the easiest way of removing it? Will a hot iron, or blow dryer help?
Also, I have a slow drip from the top of my windshield right above the steering wheel. What would be the easiest way to fix this? From the outside or the inside?

I tried removing it with a blow dryer, and a whole lot of patience. It worked pretty good, just pick with an exacto blade. I'm in the process now of removing the glue with gasoline... and then I'm gonna have to do a decent amount of touch up painting. S'ok though.. looks 10 times better.

If/when you get the actual pinstriping off, use some stuff called "Goo Gone" to get rid of the glue residue. Works pretty good and don't have to worry about any paint damage. Be prepared to buff over where the pinstriping was, as the paint may be a littler "brighter" than the rest of the rig.
Astro tool company makes a pinstripe removal tool. It's like a grinder, only it's made of rubber like a pencil eraser. You can attach this to an air tool they sell, or just stick it in the chuck of your electric drill. It takes off the pinstripes and most of the glue pretty quickly. I did my whole van in under an hour. Then you just need to use either Goo-Gone or something else to remove the rest of the glue residue. The tools and the wheels are available at body repair supply shops. I think the wheels are like $10.
