im still not clear how to get in touch w/ TW (#, website,ect...) and is it like the superchip, you plug it in to program the you remove?

as for install it is a bit harder than the stand alone programmers but is not difficult. about an hour to an hour and a half depending on how long it takes you to clean the contacts on the computer. there are install directions on that page too i believe. basically, unbolt the connector from the engine bay side of the firewall from the back of the computer, unscrew some of the screws for the fender lip so you have room to pull out the computer, open the case, scrape off the clear film on the contacts, clean contacts, plug in tw chip, re-assemble, reinsert, and mount **** in cab somewhere. make sure the key is out of the ignition during all this! then fire up and drive for the rest of the day.

now if i dont like it can i put in my 2002psd, or does have to keep the same vin #

I'm not sure if it would work with your 02. If I had to guess it would need to be reburned for your 02 since they have different injectors.
