I like my Edge Evo. Might not be able to get all the fine tuning capability of some tuners, but I prefer the plug and play capability w/o having to spend a bunch of time making adjustments. It also resulted in a serious Grin after I installed it. Woke that 5.4 up something nice.

well what are some of the costs that you guys have had with these tuners? custom tunes price of tuner and who has the best deals?

Xcal3 with 3 custom tunes at 5 star is 390 or with s+b intake 644 - discount for fte members.The s+b is good for another 10hp on 87 octane 15 on 93 on the 5.4 and mikes tunes are perfect when you get them.

I also recomend sct x3 from 5 star tuning. Mike has been a great help and has great customer service. I got the custom tunes 87 economy gives you a mile or two better to the gallon, 91 tow this comes in really handy and makes a huge difference, and 91 performance this really wakes the truck up and gets you moving. I dont got the air intake yet but thats my next step when I get a job again.

got my edge a few years ago and never been sad for it.
adjusted the trans shifts and woke up my 4.6 a bit and works perfect for what I wanted...can monitor the trans temp and gives a good indicator of MPG, better than the factory one my wife has in her Escape.
As has been stated...the best one is the one that person owns.
