Sct tuner ???

I just got my new SCT X# tuner from Innovative Diesel and im having a problem setting it up. Eric gave me directions with it but i cant get it to work and of course SCT has some BS "help" line thats busy and wants me to leave a message!!!

Does anyone have experience with these???
