Ranger trim
Should I keep the body trim or remove and grind the mounting posts down? This is an offroad truck, really dont like the chance of rust building up under the trim. Opinions?

Well, the body has a lot of surface rust under the dent molding, the clips are all rusty, and i have 12 cans of satin black just waiting for a warm day. The grille is shiny, but the chrome bumpers are coming off in favor of some custom 6" schd. 80 tubing. Think tree bashing. I guess i could sell the trim to offset the cost of paint and an axle seal. And come to find out the bearings in the engine are worn out in 7 of the 8 rods, a couple of piston skirts are missing bb sized pieces of metal, etc. I took all the caps off and checked. Anyhow im gonna beat on it, throw a rod out of the block and get a fresh 390 from a local guy.
