Are all ICP the same?

I just changed my ICP and spliced in the new pigtail. It says that its for a 04-07 6.0 but it looks different, my truck is an 04 but its an early build, will it matter? is this the upgrade I have read about? the ford number on the ICP is 4C3Z9F838A. Oyea whats the little tube of grease that comes in the kit? it has about a 4 page warning booklet with it, it looks like a little tube of dielectric grease. I hope I get my truck back together by friday, Im working on it a little at a time when I get home from work every evening.

ICP replacement from top or bottom?

Did you replace your ICP from the top or bottom? I have ordered my ICP sensor and pigtail, should be in mid week. If I do this job from the bottom how do you splice in the new connector? Thanks

He said he had an 04 it should be on the right valve cover not behind the turbo.

Thanks

I have an 03 and was trying to find out if there is enough wire slack to splice in the pigtail if I change the ICP sensor from the bottom.
