Lightning......what a joke
Every forum I read has some Chevy fan saying "wait till the duramax gets here" or "wait till the SS gets here". Well, when you wait you get left behind. Right now GM has nothing to compete with the lightning so they have to rag on it. I happen to think the new GMs are fine trucks although I personally like Fords styling better. I find it funny that GM owners are all haunting the Ford forums and trying to **** off Ford owners. You will never convince a Ford owner GM is better and vice versa. Each has it's virtues and vices

It broke, 4 Min aftear signing the paperwork, puke it fluids all over the parking lot, Aftear that repair 5 days later the front drive shaft all most fell out while towing my boat, then intake crack and the on cross country trip we took. I keep hearing a squeak in the dash, so took it to a dealership because the front tires where wearing out(needed front alignment) and ask them to check for noise in dash, All this time was praying for the truck to burn to the ground, anyway dealer had me sit in truck a listen. Well he found the noise and it was the fuel line trying to be sawed in half by the cab.... well if I had only drove it a few more miles For myself WOULD RATHER PUSH MY FORD THEN OWN CHEVY

The GM CS altornators that you kept frying in your GM's are just pieces of junk. They generally freeze up solid when they melt the bearings into a solid peice. I sell an easy 3 a day compared to maybe 2 a week of Ford's.

Dont you guys have a life??? OHHH lets bitch at this guy for fun.We all know Ford builds a piece of crap.I have owned 2 and they are the biggest crap truck i have ever owned.Oh by the way i bought a 1999 Silverado, best truck i have ever owned.!!!!

you know, for as much as Chevy uses there 350...its really a POS...I drive a 72 F100 w/ a 390 Of course i have problems everynow and then but the ford while atleast last long enough to get the problem fixed...In the past year i know 4 people with Chevys replacing their engines(78 350, 84 350, 87 350,77 350) Actaully its been in the past 6 months...And these were all diehard Chevy fans and of course hated ford....So it was lots of fun givin them rides!

You che#y guys all lack one thing, well two, but I'll only mention one, that's the blood, in which most of us put into our trucks. I personally enjoy adjusting the auto choke on my carb. for cold weather, and I enjoy trying to hot rod my little '82 flareside. You see, the problem with you che#y guys, is that you buy a new truck, and you just drive it fast, it's not personalized at all, anyone can have one that is identical to yours, atleast, most Fords, that I've seen, are personalized, with the blood, and pride we all put into our trucks. S#it you guys just buy factory trucks, and go prancin', like a bunch of qu##rs.

I RACED MY DADS 92 FLARESIDE THAT HAS A 300 SIX WITH AN 81 CHEVY SILVERADO THAT HAD A 350, THE 300 MADE THE 350 GO HOME CRYING. SIX BEATS AN 8 WHAT ASHAME.

The shift keys are on the lower right hand and left hand sides of the keyboard. Learn to use them if you don't want to get recognized as a newbie.
