Why are you asking? Are you having problems such a the CEL is on? The information that you have listed is not very useful to you. If it was useful to the owner of the truck, then it would have been covered in your owner manual.
Im asking because as previously stated in other threads I have the lean bank1 & 2 trouble codes that tell me there is a fuel/air problem and running this test tells me the fuel pressure, correct? So that would be useful. Since now that I know that, I can assume that there is a vacuum leak in either the intake gaskets or I have a blown head. I don't know how to diagnose these problems without having to actually take it to the dealer, which I cannot afford.
There is nothing in that information that tells you anything about fuel pressure. The "fuel 113-114" is a number that the dash panel used to display the fuel level and has nothing to do with fuel pressure at all.
To test fuel pressure, you will need to hook up a pressure gauger to the fuel rail in the engine compartment or hook up a OBDII DTC reader that can display PIDs. Good luck!

Plug your fault codes into the SEARCH engine and you will find that they are FAQs with hundreds of discussions.
The HEC Dealer test mode is not of value for this case. If does not report fuel pressure through the cluster.
