E-brake adjustment
How do you adjust the E-brake on an 01 F-350? My truck is a manual tranny and sometimes it wants to roll on moderate slopes. And does anyone know where the switch is for the E-brake idiot light?

The on switch is in the pedal frame on the left side of drivers floor. The adjsutement is in each mini drum start wheel on each side at back axle as well as two cable points from front to back. Best thing to do is adjust these mini drums inside the disk brake hub with a star wheel tool. There is a little rubber plug which is oblong shape in the backing plate. Its tricky, i like to have front wheels chocked and raise each rear on stands and adjust until each wheel is just dragging and back off one or two clicks. Once you get it, it works great, be careful if you go the wrong way, the shoes are getting farther from the drum and then the e brake will not catch when you set it.
