Astroflex RS-113 remote Start
recently purchased a '96 Explorer, 4dr. w/4.0 V-6. It has an Astroflex remote start RS-113 in it. Start works fine, but door lock/unlock not working, although park lights re-act and unit under dash clicks. Anybody have this unit or suggestions? Astroflex's website seems to be geared towards dealers and has little to no info for end users

Sounds like it could be a relay, I had the same problem with my bulldog, lights would flash but locks wouldn't work.
I replaced the relay and no problems since.
After market starter-lock control boxes are usually right under the sterring colum.
