The Ford valve doesn't have that bracket that tails off to one side, it's just L shaped, mounts on the firewall on F800's with Diesel engines.
It's cable operated and has two ports just like Sacramento's valve.

You might try NAPA, they may be able to get it as they can cross the Motorcraft part number over to the brands they sell.
