I had a Leer on my 89 150 from the day I got it until I sold the truck in 2000...and then I put a leer on my 2000F150 and it was on the truck when I got rid of it in 2008. The only issue I ever had was one of the struts on the back window had to be replaced. In both cases the cap looked better than the rest of thruck did when I got rid of them. If I put a cap on this truck, it too will be a Leer.
Take a peak at my profile photos. The cap is a Jason Cyber. I did quite a bit a research/shopping and settled with this. (Had a Jason previously) This is the high end of their line. The sides cover the bed rail covers and it was color matched. The Cyber window fit is much cleaner looking too. May I suggest getting the front tilt window. It makes cleaning windows much easier.
Good luck in your search
Jim
I am looking at the Century line. The Ultra is nice, but I am leaning toward the Royal, because the windows look better. You should look at the fold down front glass option, in fact just look at the thread I started awhile back... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...questions.html
Hope this helps.
do you have a longbox or shortbox? im in michigan and i have a fiberglass A.R.E. cap that i dont use often that came with my truck. it is one with only a rear window. full paneled sides. however, it is for a shortbox.
Another vote for ARE, great cap and they last. Mine has the rear slider and back two windows crank open for ventilation Price range, 450.00-1,800 with different options. I got the low one for better wind resistance and looks.

That A.R.E looks like it fits the curves really nice.
