I tohught I would mention to you. When my ARE cap came in, it did not have the slider window built into the cap like I ordered. It was not a big deal. The factory sent them a slider and the folks I bot it from installed the slider in less than an hour. WELL, I remembered wrong. That was considering that the cap was not yet on the truck.
You have to work from inside and outside to change the window, but it really was not a hard job.
I also had to wait for the modified long bed version, as I have the step tailgate. That does make a difference when you purchase a truck cap.

I have the leerXQ on my 08 with 8ft box and stepgate. There are some issues with the fit on the rear door. Leer is aware of the problem and are working on a fix. I should know what they are going to do in a couple weeks. Bob

I like the design feature they put on the side windows, that matches the front door windows. Its a nice touch.
