Bed Plate leak

Picked up truck this morning was having the bed plate leak fixed, but now the alignment is off. Did they have to touch that to fix the leak?

If they didn't remove the cab they may have used some part of the suspension as a leverage point to support or raise the engine.

Steering wheel is pointing to the left while driving and it was not like that when I dropped it off. Now I noticed that they replaced the oil cap for an older one all chewed up.

For the past three years I have only heard the cooling fan like four times, and that was in the summer in 98F and only for a few seconds 2 or 3. Now if I let her idle for 5 minutes the fan will go off for like 2 minutes and that is at 75F. What's the deal with the fan now?
