Turbo'ed 4.9

I have heard of people souping up their 4.9 I6 so I just wondered if any of you had done any major upgrades to your 4.9's.

do a search and a guy had his 300 at close to 300 HP and like 600 ft lbs with the boost cranked up

300 Hp and 573 ft. lbs at 18 PSI out of a 300 is alot. Still at 15 PSI 260 HP and 535 ft lbs is alot. If i remember right the head was stock. If he had the head moded he could of cranked out more Hp.

You can hop up the 300 pretty good without the hair dryer, search out Col. Flashman and check the specs on his build.
