Mine is coming apart around the seams on the edges and becoming harder and harder to snap back on.
I was wondering what brands some of yall had and if yall are pleased with them. I might be looking to invest in a new on and need a few options! Nothing too expensive though!
extang is pretty good and they will deal with you if you have warranty issues even if the issues are pretty rediculous...i have one on the 150 and its lasted since we got it...
I have an Extang on my 08. Over the years, I have used several different brands, and can honestly say the best 3 tonneau covers I have owned are the Extang. Been using them for 15 yrs, and keep comin back to them.
Another vote for Truxedo Lo Pro. Excellent warranty, easy to use, and you can uninstall it in about 10 minutes if you need to haul something like hay or other big things.
I'm using a hard tonneua cover, made by Armor Lids. Weatherproof, easy to open, has a small LED light inside and you can stand on the bloody thing if you want, but it only takes a few moments to take off or put on if you want to use your bed for oversize cargo.
I have this Extang | Tonneau Cover | Tonno Covers | Pickup Truck Bed Tonnos Tonneaus used to be the express but now the RT and it's great, goes from opened to closed or vise versa in seconds, even in cold weather.after seeing mine my dad bought one and one of his friends and they like theirs also.
Truxedo all the way. I am on my second on 2 different trucks and love the way they look, ease of use, and ease of installation. couldnt even finish my beer before it was on. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. CHEAP!! as said before 200-300 depending on where and if on sale or not.
I have the Extang RT tool box cover, I like it but have both it and the tool box off right now(needed the room in the bed so I had to take the tool box out). The only minor complaint I have is the tiny wing nut like tightening screws that hold the cover at the cab end. I found some bigger round ones at work that fit my hand better which I'll use when I put it back on.
i vote for the lund genesis tri fold. it is really quick and easy to take off the bed and fold up. i would recommend not going with snap tonneau covers because it is a pain to snap onto the tailgate rail if it is cold. i had a lund seal n peal on an f150, it great but the rubber pieces on the center bars didn't last to long from me constantly taking them off
