when all this started with my truck a long LONG tme ago, she said I liked the truck more than her. I told her it was just different as the truck MADE me money while she, well you all know what women do. That was over 5 years ago, and if the truck leaves the garage now, she wants to be in it. That old dually is part of the family, and she treats it as such.

i'm going to go pray to the car gods nowww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahamy gf knows that i would rather spend money on my truck than her and she surprisingly doesn't complain about it. like yesterday, she asked me what i'm going to buy her for valentines day. i told her nothing b/c i already spent all my money on driving to see her all the daymmm time and she said ohhh... okkkk... and i mumbled "and a set of stage 2 injectors..." she was like what?!?!?! i told her i thought she would enjoy that i would be able to get to her house faster with these injectors so we could spend more time together..
Best part is she didn't say anything about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my gf loves my truck to death. she comes from a chebby family, and i was able to convert her. now she wants a 99-03 powerstroke (crew cab for when we have kids she says). right now she's just angry that she has a pontiac grand prix and not a truck. once she gets her she'll be on this site more than i am. (she has a bigger need to go fast or have more power than even i do.) lol

Those are great jokes! I've had GFs that really like my truck and one was just in love with the 2 tone blue color. Most like the practicality of being able to haul/move stuff but don't like the noise. Women in NM seem to understand the reasons for having a good truck and even love them too. I know quite a few women with their own trucks but most are half tons or gassers. One woman I dated from NY hated it and wanted me to get rid of it, my Bronco AND my tools. I got rid of her.

my g/f actually does like my truck whenever it snows out she asks me to take her whereever she goes in the "tank" as she calls it...lol there was one time we had to go to dickinson nd (100 miles away) in a real bad freezing rain storm. i had to drive 35-40mph and stop every 15 mins to scrape ice off the front windsheild and an inch thick of solid ice on the front of my truck, i look over and she is sleeping. i wake her up and say how can you sleep driving threw this ****, she replyed i feel perfectly comforitable in the tank with you driving i have nothing to worrie about...lol
