i have decided that i need to suck it up and buy some gauges for my truck before something gets destroyed. so what brand is the best? i was thinking a three gauge pillar setup but i'm flexible. i want the boost, pryo, and TFT gauges. or if anyone has a used set that they'd be willing to sell that'd be great too.
I have never heard of anyone having a problem with ISSPRO, but anythings possible. There are a bunch of guys & girls on here that run several brands and have had no problems. So just hang in there for a little while and you should get a whole list of them.
I run autometer ultralites. Never had a problem with mine. I think the flutter issue is more in the plumbing/turbo than the gauge itself. I have run auto meter on 3 trucks and one fourwheeler (turbocharged raptor). Not a single one of them had a flutter problem. ISSPRO i hear is a very reputable brand as well. I would stay away from the cheap stuff at autozone and the chain stores. I purchased an autometer 3 gauge pod for mine and it fit very nice. very little trimming to do. Just some flashing that needed removed.
x2 on the Isspros, I've used Autometers for years in my "toys"for more years than I care to admit, they are OK but not as good as the Isspros. There have been more than 1 occasion where the Autometers EGT probe was no good right out of the box...but in their defense the warranty dept. sends you new ones right away. IMHO, You get what you pay for.

Another vote for ISSPROs. BTW look for some packages, in that way they are cheaper.
I have Isspro's and am happy with them. I got them new in the box cause the fellow sold his truck before installing them. I got a killer deal, he paid somewhere around $327 US for them, I got them for $250 CDN.
The gauges were originaly purchased at Diesel Manor. I must say that these gauges came with the BEST install instructions I have ever seen.
