GP mixup?
Went to Napa today for new glow plugs, 95 powerstroke. The only plug besides autolite in stock was champion. The ones they gave me are about 3" long, the one in my truck is 5". Are they interchangable, or do I need the longer ones?

That don't sound right. I wouldn't put anything back in except for Motorcraft plugs. Autolites have a bad reputation. It's just not something worth taking a chance on.

Try O'Reilly Auto Parts, they carry Motorcraft/Beru (the best) part # ZD11 ($12.99) Advance and Auto Zone carry Bosh which are also O.K.
DO NOT PUT AUTOLITE'S IN YOUR TRUCK, they swell up and get stuck in the head and break off.
