Chevy A/C system
The A/C compressor on my 84 Chev, C30 1 ton Class C motor home is toast, Its seized up "like a rock", shredded the belt years ago and has never worked according to PO......So the question is, How hard is it to remove the entire old A/C system from the vehicle? Living in Oregon, A/C isn't a necessity when your traveling down the road. Not much experience with GM A/C systems, is there anything I need to leave intact so the rest of the climate control works normally?........Like to get as much dead weight off this thing as possible, has only a 350 and struggles with the slightest hills.......Also, does anyone know a good link to the wiring diagrams for this vehicle.(just the Chevy chassis not the motor home) Have a electrical gremlin residing in the Chevy wiring harness under the dash...........Thanks in advance!
