Cross member torque spec

Cross member torque spec
I am experience the creaking issue others have mentioned. It comes from the middle of the truck, so I'd like to check the torque of the frame cross member, but I don't know what the spec is. My repairs books don't give it. Does anyone know what the cross member bolts should be torqued to?

no drawing to explain where number 1 is, find the one with only bolts as close to the front of the vehicle as you can and then count back to 6 or 7 crossmembers.
