WK577ABF,
The sensor is located under the hood, driver's side under the brake fluid container. That's what my ford tech told me.

LJC ,
Thanks. With my limited knowledge that sounds like the brake master cyclinder pressure transducer. I think it sends a signal to the brake controller. Will look under hood tomorrow, wiggle the connector and see if this cancels display as shown below

Update - Mystery Dispaly on Dash
Took truck in today and diagnostics check brought up :
C2800-EO-TBC-Brake pressure transducer sensor circuit open
C2806-AO-TBC-Trailer brake output circuit short to v. batt
Dont have a clue what these mean but they have wrecked three brake actuators on our US spec Airstream trailer.
Hope Ford will come up with the bits now they have the codes.

senix,
Yes I do. The good people at Active Technology who make the brake actuator for the trailer have replaced the unit three times at $700 a go, no questions asked, and the fault appears to be with Ford who have resisted replacing the TBC.

There are three sensors on the brake master cylinder, so I am baffled
Senix
Gave Ford the fault codes that they requested as post #20. Cost us $85 for diagnostics check and they still wont replace component.
Am I allowed to name the Florida dealer on these forums.

I am feeling the same pain as you, but to a lesser extent.
