throttle hesitation

throttle hesitation
Well another problem here....(I can't find a truck soon enough) But anyway, When I start off from the stop light sometimes the engine rpm will not match the depression on the pedal. it is like I push it an inch and very little happens then all at once it catches up. Runs like a champ during speeds. Now one time yesterday upon decel on an off ramp when I came to a rull stop the engine rpm fell below idle and came right back up. Any ideas?

I'd lean toward the TPS, Throttle Position Sensor.

I used to ditch my junkers when they needed tires! Is it really that bad? I mean we're talking $145 + shipping and 15 minutes to install...Darn, I wish I had the greenbacks to do that! LOL! Guess I should get into landscaping!

Yeah it really is that bad. this truck is not only a nickel and dime every month it is almost every week now. last week she cost me 800 449 for the repairs and 400 for the scratch that a lady put on my dads dually. that I had to pay for
