Programmer would be the only way I know. Be a little paitent and someone with any other ideas will be by. You only allowed a couple of hours for a response. Have you tried searching this?

Diablosport Predator tuners for the V8 and V10 (model U7155) will eliminate the rev/speed limiter. Most tuners on the market will do this. I had a Hypertech Power Programmer III in my GMC and it eliminated the speed limiter as well. Usually you just have to select a higher speed tire when you program them - such as H rated or higher.

Compare prices. The Diablosport Predator goes for about $369.00. You might find it cheaper. I am not sure what the SCT goes for but you should check it out as well since it is also custom programmable like the Predator.
