No I don't believe it is. The 6.0 still uses a LPOP (low pressure oil pump) and HPOP (high pressure oil pump), neither of which are electric. Check further down the main forum listing for the 03-07 6.0 diesel section and those guys will answer your questions.

The 6.0L does not use an electric oil pump. It does use an electric fuel pump, which is pretty common. And an electric vacuum pump, which I thought was a bit unusual when I first saw it. Typically diesel engines used a belt driven vacuum pump, so this was new to me.
