What's with Siege Engineering (I want train horns!)?

I tried to look from their web site and from their eBay site but basically nothing and they used to have a ton of stuff on eBay.

Anyone know what's up and/or where to get good train horns?

Thanks.

eBay Motors: Compact Quad Train Air Horn, Tank & Compressor Kit LOUD (item 220337849989 end time Mar-01-09 19:30:08 PST)

My wife bought me this kit from eBay and I LOVE it! Real loud and it has the tank also. The only thing I didn't do that I should have is to mount the horns facing backwards to keep the snow/slush from building up in them in the winter (if you live in the North). I have to wait for a warmer day and then constantly blow the horn to try and blow the snow out of them. Once I get a decent day, I'll get underneath there and then move them around.

you shouldn't be disappointed with these.

Zip tie some of your wifes knee high nylons over the bells on the horns. Works great for keeping snow, mud, and other items out of the horns. It also seems to cut down a large percentage of water from entering also.

Thanks, looks pretty good. There's another seller on eBay that has similar. I'll look into them little more.

Thanks for the tip although the snow won't be a big problem...

I know, they're the best but I'm trying to stay under $300.

BTW, why do you see these always installed backwards?
Is it only because it helps to keep all the crap out or is there a legal reason (someone said they're so loud that you need to point them back)?

Not sure. I just wish I had the 1400 for one! Backwards, forwards, they are just cool!

I've got a Nathan P3 and a P5 that don't sound too shabby either.

I have the Siege Kongs and despise them, the chrome started peeling a month after install and the large trumpet has broken loose from the mount. Also the solenoid they provide is junk, it constantly sticks open.
