Question, why do you want HIDs. And are you up to par and done your homework in advance.

These simple facts apply to every product out there. HID conversions are at best a waste of money, and none of them are approved by the Department of Transportation.
And whiter, brighter headlights, including the best know brands of bulbs known as Siverst*r and Nighth*wk, are neither brighter nor whiter, they just appear to be.
I have found that many people who are unhappy with their headlights, just need to adjust them, don't assume it has been done properly from the factory.
