It is a well flogged subject, but nonetheless, a modification that seems to appeal to quite a few us V10 owners.

Has anyone out there installed an Aero Turbine 3030 AND the accompanying ar30 resonator, on a 2V or 3V engine? Short or long bed?

SkipperW had the Aero Turbine 3030 and mentioned it was a loud son of a gun; wondered if the added ar30 resonator made any real difference to that loud muffler?

I did spiral flow and 40series delta flow on 2.5 pipe and it sounds fine, so it may help you.

 

I have the AeroTurbine 3030XL on mine. I just have the muffler with NO resonator

I love the sound of it and low drone in the cab. A little louder than stock when you are cruising, but awesome authority when you get on it.

Thanks Brent. It appears on Aero's site the 3030XL has the resonator built in to. Assuming you have single in/single out on your exhaust?
