DB Electrical starter
Ford 7.3 Diesel Starter Powerstroke Truck High Torque 2001-06 SND0355: SND0355 / 17802 DB Electrical Starter-Alternator
This thing is bad a$$.....150.00 shipped to your door....ordered thurs night and got a tracking # 8:30 fri morning so service is great too
I just tap the key and she fires right up(even with the batteries on the way out)....Tayln was here helping me hold the starter up while I was connecting the wires(thing weighs about 20lbs)
he took a couple pics of it with the old toasted one.....so I am sure he will post them later

Wow that price is unblievably low. At least compared to NAPA in Canada.
How does it compare in cost to jobber oroem in the States?
I am about to pull my starter (tonight) and bring it to a local rebuilder, but at that price I may order one from DB.

That thing is big! DB would be wise to put a comparison picture on their website! I might have bought on from them had I seen that comparison 6 months ago. Instead I bought Napa's crap!
