What a great forum, I have a 2006 f250 dealer wanted 100 bucks to change fuel filters(labor), and 200 bucks to put block heater cord on. From this web site I a 43 female was able to change both fuel filters on my own, and install a block heater cord (bought on ebay for 21.70) in 45 mins. that included running in on the frame and secureing it. I used a 36mm short socket, its really tight so short strokes, but it works, don't forget to use a 6mm allen wrench on drain plug. If you forget you will take a fuel bath.
