signal lite removal?

here is what manual says, been over a year since I had mine out
To remove the headlamp bulb:
1. Make sure headlamp switch is in OFF position.
2. Open the hood.
3. Remove the two screws and
parking lamp/side marker assembly
by pulling gently
4. Disconnect the electrical
connectors from the parking
lamp/side marker assembly and
remove.

got it! but my bulb wasn't burnt! i just noticed when i tilted my steering colume my signals started working then when i tillt it back down they stop working! so i guess i have broken wires in my colume. any sug or pic of wires would be great thanks!
