1991 7.5

i just bought a 91 f350 7.5, and it will run fine for a few mins, then start loosing rpms, then rev back up and down... the whole time the fuel pressure stays at 58-60 psi... new plugs wires cap and rotor... bad gas with octane booster... any ideas? messed with timing still does not help anything TIA Dustin

Get rid of the bad gas and octane booster is a total waste of money.
