Mis-understood

Misunderstandings happen; it's all too common. The true quality of the people involved in the misunderstanding, however, comes to fruition based on how these situations are resolved. Be honest, be fair, and express yourself to the best of your abilities. Don't be ARROGANT or intentionally attempt to offend or belittle anyone else, but at the same time don't sugar-coat or hide what you mean to say.

If people's perceptions of what you say are more often different from your intention then not, the problem is yours. But if your track record is clean more often than dirty, then follow my motto:

The motto above should read: " them if they can't take a joke"

I believe this fulfills the requirements of the posting guidelines. Apologies for the mistake above.
