mine dont work. i am thinking im not getting any fluid pressure to the back. if i am on ice fronts lock up very easy nothing from rearin 4x2, if i am in 4x4 and step on brakes hard i get the antilocks working all the way around as in fronts are working the rear thru the 4x4 and the rear anti lock and than kicks in and makeing it 4 wheel antilock brakeing and we only have anti on the rear. so i think the valve is stuck ,the rear has newer shoes and is ajusted .
if the abs kicks in then the rears are trying to lock up. no speed sensor up front. ice works wonders on the trucks, cant judge your braking ability on ice. get on some good dry pavement and lay on the brakes at 40-50 mph, see if the rears do anything then......
did joe nothing at all from rear, the only way the rear will work is if i put it in 4x4 i can do power stands all day on dry roads jack it up they are not working eather valve or both wheel cylinders are bad, i'll have to look at it more on sunday, as im going out of town sat.
thatrs odd, i've never seen a truck with the wheels jacked up and you can still spin them with your foot on the brake. are you sure the master cylinder is working? do you have a soft or hard pedal? if something was blocked keeping them from working then you should have a hard pedal
i have very good pedal just nothing getting to the rear when i had it jacked up i pushed hard on the pedal and my son was turning the tire with no resistance
i was thinging something was wrong in nov. could not stop once but since than trucks been in 4x4 with the plow on and salter on the rear. so stoping was ok . took them off for trip put her in 2-wheel cant stop at all on snow or ice
very well could be, cracking the bleeders would be the first step in my opinion, then the line just before the rubber hose, then the line at the rabs valve

ya may be sooner than i wanted i have enuf parts old and new to fix it up for now. all but the ajuster cable ill just run it with out it till i put disk on the rear
