Door locks don't work

I recently replaced all the doors on lmy '99 E-350 cargo van with doors from a '92 E-150 Conversion van. The power windows work the power mirrors kind of work but the power locks do not work at all. I do have power going into the switch on the drivers door (didn't check the passangers side). Also I didn't hook up the wiring harness for the side or rear doors. What could my problem be?

You have to install all of the lock switches.
The switch itself is part of the circuit.

It could also be that the '92 door lock actuators are froze up. What was wrong with the '99 doors that you replaced them?

The '99 doors were 100% manual.

Ok. I'd pull one of the actuators out and bench test it. Get a battery (a 9 volt alkaline is powerful enough) and test them. Also make sure that you've got power at ALL switches. If you've only got power to the drivers door they won't work at all.
