Front end riding high! Help!!

Bought my truck last year. I was told it has a Pro Comp leveling kit in front. I tow a trailer 90% of the time so the back end is considerably lower. However when I dont have the trailer hooked up the front is still about an inch higher. I know on some trucks you can adjust the torsion keys, but as far as I can tell our trucks dont have those. So can you get shorter links that go the the torsion bar or is there another way to let the front down a little bit??

Its more than likely your rear springs are beginning to sag ! There isn't much you can do with the front..... but If I were you I would check your rear spring to make sure you don't have a broken leaf ! I broke both of mine last year ! Pics are in my Gallery ! take a look ! You may have to add a leaf if your are always hauling a heavy trailer !

I had to do that to my old ranger, but I didnt figure I would have to with this big of a truck. The trailer probably only weighs 3000 full and wet. I would think it would be able to handle that without sagging. I will check the springs but I dont think anything is broken. I have thought about air bags, but dont want to spend money on that.

If you tow that amount of weight lots... You will slowly sag the rear end..... Lowering the front isn't going to do much for ya I'm afraid... It doesn't fix the problem.. you're covering it up though !

Its your rear springs IMO !

If the springs arn't bad or broken, why not throw some F-350 blocks on the back, don't know how much you'll gain but that might level it out for you, somebody will chime in that went this route and welcome to FTE.

True....Im going by his ID and not his profile since the profile says F150!

350 blocks will def be the cheapest fix but I dont know how long they will work until the sag catches back up with him...if it does.

Worth every penny in my opinion. Only wish I had done it years earlier.

The problem you are having is that the previous owner installed a leveling kit that was mismatched to your truck. The front was overcompensted for and now you have a drag azz truck. Your best solution is to install a set of 4" superlift blocks in the rear (standard F350 blocks are 3 5/8").

I'll agree with the airbags if you tow alot. To me the trucks with a leveling kit always look like they ride nose high
