im thinking about putting headers on my 300ci I6 efi...if they arnt worth it what would be?

"Worth it" is only something you can determine. Bragging rights may be worth something to you. EFI manifolds are considerably less expensive and are basically very shorty headers...not much in the way of bragging rights though.
