would you be changing out the rest of the exhaust system too?
If not, zero.
If so, it mainly depends on how bad the stock crap was to begin with. my cat was clogged and my muffler looked like it had been sitting underwater for 5 years, so i gained quite alot when i changed everything from the manifold back. I would guess a good, full exhaust swap would net you 10-15 hp over a perfect condition stock exhaust.
