Finally got a 7.3....

Picked up a 2001 F350 SRW 4x4 crewcab with 133k miles. In great shape, needs good cleaning. Now for the questions, has a straight pipe exhaust, guessing 4" and a TS 4 position tuner. Any suggestions or comments on this set up?

What are the levels on this tuner, been searching and have not found a clear answer.

Only the previous owner can tell you what is on the chip Congrats on the truck.

give a shout to Diesel Performance Specialists

They may be able to help you.

For $150 they will reburn the chip to your specs if need be.

congrats on the new truck. do you have gauges on your truck. most common are Exhaust Gas Temp. (EGT), Boost and if you have an automatic a Tranny Temp.

I agree. They may be able to tell by the s/n on the chip. Well worth a phone call.

If you don't have guages then definatly invest in a set.

Tell me a little more about gauges, did a search but not completely clear on them.

Also how do I hook a trailer brake controller up?

have a look at the trading sites on the forum and check out there gauge kits for these trucks, that should tell you all you need to know mate.
how to install, gauge pods, what the gauges read, stuff like that, have fun
