I know it's just another bumper build... but I'm happy with how it turns out. Helped my buddy replace the cab on this pickup (He bought it as a insurance roleover) and finally finished the front bumper last week.
I used a o/a torch, my welder sander n drill press... Don't have my plasma yet but hopefully this will be the year I get it! My friend got one and now I'm wanting one BAD!
Traced the radius from a mason jar lid, torched and sanded. The shackles are only welded on the front but It's mostly for show. This thing doesn't anything offroad and he liked how they looked. None of the parts were bent. I have a piece of 1/4" square stock inbetween the front and top flat bar to make more of a radius but everything was flat, welded and sanded.
