Another bumper build

I know it's just another bumper build... but I'm happy with how it turns out. Helped my buddy replace the cab on this pickup (He bought it as a insurance roleover) and finally finished the front bumper last week.

Nice fab work! Looks great. The truck all together looks pretty sweet.

Don't take offence but personally I wouldn't have made the front so tall (thick?). Still it looks like you did an awsome job.

He actually wanted it that tall. He plans on putting 6 inch springs and some 37s so it'll look just about right on that

Definitely awesome! Really nice work. I personally would have made the center a little shorter too, though

looks good. How did you get such big radius' on the corners? Were most of the parts bent?

Also, how are the shackle tabs attached? If they are welded I hope they are in the back also.

Traced the radius from a mason jar lid, torched and sanded. The shackles are only welded on the front but It's mostly for show. This thing doesn't anything offroad and he liked how they looked. None of the parts were bent. I have a piece of 1/4" square stock inbetween the front and top flat bar to make more of a radius but everything was flat, welded and sanded.
Here's my sweet cutting system

and here is a picture of the bumper before weldout
