When you blew air through the lines ,could you hear it in the tanks ?..

Yes, I blew from the lift pump back catching the fuel at the selector and from selector to the fuel tank and it came out clean from the front to the back .

Its running great now after 3 lift pumps later. Who would have thought to get 2 bad ones in a row from napa. Thanks to everyone who was there to help and thanks for this website. Now on to the cheap mods.

You are in fla and i cannot see it being a gel issue.
Give your fuel tanks a bio shock treatment.

I will look in to getting a pressure gadge now. But I will do a shock treatment because it has seat for a month or so and it has got cold here but I did see a little gel bubbles in the tanks but nothing to wright home about. Thanks for the help you guys are great for people that dont have money right now. Hope I can help in the future.
